Arrg, a splash page why? why would you want to waste your visitors time making they click through a pointless page?

On the contact page it tells me it's coming soon and the resource I requested is currently unavailable, you should probably fix that.

For me it would be nice if either you highlighted the active menu item or put the title in the content, at the moment when you go to Salon Services you have to remember where you are as you click down the menu.

Your flicking banner at the bottom of the pages asks people to call but the phone number is not obvious you have to go looking for it, if you want people to call why not put it in the flicking banner or on every page?

Unless I missed it there's no prices on the site, personally I just move on to a competitors site when I don't see any indication of prices.

I hope that gives you some things to look at.
