This isn't a web designer review or directory site unless I'm mistaken it is rather a web design company which based on the phone code appears to be located in India. It's a bit of a poor show having a business website with no address information but still.

To answer your question on how to find a good web designer you need to:
  • Look at their previous work.
  • If you have friends or business acquaintances that have had sites built they may be happy and give you the name of their designer, they may also be unhappy with their site and tell you not to go to their designer.
  • See if the designer is willing to guide you to what's best or is just going to build what you ask for and leave you floundering.
  • Ask questions about what you are getting, will you have access to the site or do you always have to use them for updates, what are the costs.
  • Do they actually do the work or is it subcontracted out?
  • Are they going to use common software to build your site or will it be built in with obscure and probably expensive to maintain software?
  • Do they build sites to standards, e.g. valid XHTML, if not simply move to a more experienced/professional designer as there's no real excuse why they don't. Standards for the web are published at http://www.w3c.org/
  • Do they build accessible sites, again if not move on as even if you were not legally obliged to make a business site usable to all you would be loosing business to others that do cater for all people.
  • Is the site constructed using semantically correct markup, if not then you're starting for Search Engine Marketing on your back foot and as soon as you engage a professional marketing company the chances are you'll be paying to have your site reworked/rebuilt correctly. Can you afford to waste this money and time?
  • Does the designer take into account mobile devices and optimise to keep bandwidth usage low and performance fast?

I'm sure I could go on and on about things to look for when choosing a designer but that I hope will give you food for thought.

As I've already said a business site should have a physical address on it.

You have validation errors on every page I looked at, some are simple typos while others are more serious, one page had a whopping 22 errors and 9 warnings on it. That is your site has not been built to international and accepted standards, those set forth by the W3C.

On the home page the 3 images down the right side are natively 800x500 yet you display them at approximately 310x186, this is using the browser to scale the images and so forcing the user to waste time and bandwidth downloading more data than is actually required. All images should be optimised, I know it takes time but the end result is a better experience for end users.

The testimonials are pretty pointless, did you write them yourself? Without dates and the names of the businesses/sites at a minimum, there's really no way to even start to gauge if they are real.
